Returns

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at lumivoeyewear@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you would like to return an item for another reason, please contact us before sending it back. Return requests are reviewed individually, and returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
